Shipping Charges & Methods

Purchase any item over $1,000 and we will ship it to you anywhere free of charge. We provide fast, free shipping and insurance to all our shipping destinations. All items are securely packaged and fully insured while in transit to your home or office.

Purchase any item under $1,000 and it will incur a shipping charge of $15.00 on top of your item purchased for delivery within Australia with signature required at delivery point. All items are securely packaged and fully insured while in transit to your home or office. We only ship your order once it has passed through our thorough quality control.

All jewellery items in stock will be shipped within 1-2 working days. Custom orders will depend on the production schedule of the item(s). Customers will be notified by email with estimate delivery times usually four(4) weeks from date of purchase.

Renato Jewellers may choose the carriers at its discretion. Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of products ordered and the delivery address. Certain products and services may be subject to alternative delivery charges, restrictions and/or timescales. 

For your protection, Renato Jewellers always; 

• Insures and registers all items when sending out to you
• Uses either Australia Post Express or Toll Priority services for all purchases, in order to deliver high value packages in the fastest and safest manner. This may vary at Renato Jewellers discretion.
• Requires that all deliveries be made to a physical business or home address with authorised individual to sign and except delivery
• Disallows delivery to PO Box addresses
• Allows for an alternative shipping address

International Shipping Charges ( Confirmation, Order Tracking & Taxes ) 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipping.

International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country. Renato Jewellers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.
